CHILDRENS PARTIES

PROCEDURE

  • To qualify for a party booking a minimum number of 15 children is required
  • We will send you a booking form for you to complete and return
  • You will be required to pay for your party in full
  • We will then send you a confirmation
  • You need to send a list of the children you have invited – name & surname
  • On the day of the party we will mark off the invited kids and issue them with a band on the day of the party we will do a final adjustment within 20% of your booking numbers and the balance will be due.

RESTRICTIONS

  • We have braai areas – no open fires allowed except @ designated braai areas, gas braais welcome
  • You may arrive 30 minutes before your party to set up
  • You may bring in your own party food/drinks
  • We do not allow glass – anything you bring in must be in cans, plastic or paper
  • We request that children have swimming costumes or be suitably covered

RE-FUEL | CRAZZEE COFFEE

  • We can provide Party Packs – these options are available on request
  • We are stocked with colddrinks, chips, popcorn and sweets
  • We do soft-serve ice-cream and milkshakes
  • We do tea, coffee, milo and hot chocolate we do have a full takeaway available (Not Halaal). Should you wish to order halaal please let us know and we will send you the necessary information.

REFUNDS

  • Should you wish to cancel we require 7 days notice and 80% of your deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 48 hours before your party or “no show” will result in forfeiture of your deposit
  • Cancellation due to weather will be at the discretion of Management your full deposit will be refunded.

  5. On the day of the visit we will  issue the booked number of entrance bands on the day of the visit we will  do a final adjustment within 20% of your booking numbers over the stipulated 30 people and the balance will be due
