- Do you offer rain checks? Slides may be closed temporarily during electrical storms, rain or high winds. Slides will re-open as soon as safe operations can be assured. Refunds or re-invites for inclement weather are not offered.

- Please exercise caution around the canals, large water bodies and bridges inside the park, as Management will not be held responsible for any incidents whatsoever.
- No pets or radios are allowed into the park.
- Bicycles skateboards, rollerblades and scooter only allowed in the Peddle Zone Area
- All children 12 and under are permitted entry subject to responsible adults supervision.
- Appropriate Swimwear is Required at all times in keeping with the family theme promoted at Wiesenhof Adventure Park.
- No advertising in any form by the Public in the park is permitted.
- All signage inside the park is in English. If any instruction is unclear, please ask Guest services for assistance.
- Slide queue hopping or jumping is strictly forbidden. Failure to comply will result in expulsion, without refund, from the park.
- Management will not tolerate any abuse towards staff. Failure to comply will result in expulsion, without refund, from the park.

Kindly Note for Your Safety and Enjoyment Please read the conditions of entry & park information at the main entrance. Park staff will be happy to assist you with any queries.
- No Pets are allowed in the park.
- No weapons or dangerous objects are allowed in the Park.
- No alcohol is allowed to be brought in to the Park.
- Lockers are available and locks can be rented at Guest Services.
- Footwear must be worn when entering the Park.
- Smoking, eating or drinking is not permitted on the slides.
- Film & / Photographic crews may be working in the Park. If you do not wish to appear in any of this footage, please stay clear of these areas.
- Certain areas, attractions or shops may be closed for functions or refurbishment. Temporary closures may occur without notice.
- Wiesenhof Adventure Park is a family Park; please help us maintain our high standards by ensuring that the park procedures are adhered to.

Parking is free.
Lost Children
Contact Guest Services at the main entrance in the event your child is lost or notify the nearest point controller.
Lost Property
Lost items may be reported, identified or claimed at Guest Services. Wiesenhof Adventure Park is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
ASSISTED GUEST / DISABILITY POLICY:
Wiesenhof Adventure Park welcomes disabled and assisted guests to the Park.However, we regret that due to our strict Health and Safety requirements, visitors with physical or mental disabilities may not make use of the park’s slides. This policy is in line with stringent international safety standards of Theme Parks around the world and has been put in place to ensure the safety of all our visitors since guests must have the physical strength and ability to safely evacuate from a slide in case of an emergency.
Disabled guests are invited to enjoy many of the other attractions we have on offer.
Disable and wheelchair guests are asked to contact the Guest Services office prior to their arrival, so the Park can assist them before they enter the park.
DRESS CODE:
Wiesenhof Adventure Park is a family park and therefore must enforce its dress codes accordingly. Wiesenhof Adventure Park reserves the right to exclude visitors to their gated attractions who wear clothing that could create a distraction. This policy is in effect for all amusement park areas:
- Clothing displaying offensive messages/language
- Adult costumes or clothing that can be viewed as a costume (children under age 10 are excluded)
- Bachelor/bachelorette party or adult Halloween costumes
- Clothing made with offensive material (i.e. transparent)
- Clothing that is excessively torn
- Clothing which exposes inappropriate portions of the body such as string bikini tops, G-strings etc.
- Guests wearing wedding attire are discouraged
